This app was created for those that want to keep track of their fitness event, and dont want to deal with complicated apps.
This app simply allows the user to log their weight and workout their own way.
The user can pull up any date, and input/edit all the notes they would like on any workout session.
The app offers the option of exporting the logged weight and workout to any email address that the user chooses.
Simply set a goal, " weight or BMI", and start logging your weight and workout the way you did it.
